As an artist, Nirupa Naik thinks that the more you understand and appreciate art from different eras,styles, techniques, movements and so on,it helps to evaluate and improve ones own work.Every artist has individual styles, and Nirupa paints not just for her personal satisfaction, but also to enhance the pleasure the viewer derives when looking at it.
For her each and every object that she carefully choose from nature to paint certainly has a significant role to play in either her own life or in the society at large and not just because they are in her vicinity.
Her inner most childhood memories, dreams, folktales and literature,a kind of feelings come with in her which she try to communicate and arrange with the help of symbol form, colours and space and try to communicate with audience.
significantly influenced by Venkatesh Madgulkar’s Marathi novel, Bangarwadi, which had a profound impact on my artistic journey.
As an artist, I recognized the importance of cultivating a unique style to effectively convey my artistic vision, and through dedication and experimentation, I have successfully developed distinctive forms, techniques, and methods of painting that have garnered widespread acclaim from art enthusiasts, allowing me to express myself in a truly distinctive manner.
